Property Staging Project

Before creating Moodi Interiors, I owned a little investment property which I was planning to sell. Instead of opting for a hometsgaing service, I decided to put my passion and interior decorating/ design skills to the test.  My interior design concept was mostly leaning towars an inviting coastal feel due to the property's proximity to the beach. I also wanted to keep the space feeling light and airy with a minimal approach as the unit was on the smaller side! Shortly after the professional photos had been taken of the staged property, a buyer wanted to view it off market and we ended up selling before it even hit the market. So that was a great result!
